This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Hitchin town centre and surrounded by a lovely park area. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Our room had a lovely super king size bed and offered a magnificent view over the park.
One small aspect that could be improved upon was the condition of the rooms, which were a bit tired.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the centre of town with parkland on one side and shops and great restaurants on the other. It was so convenient, making it easy to explore this charming city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the receptionist went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and was satisfying. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its lovely features, as it is housed in an old building with interesting details.
